Cosmetics Return Policy

At Perrita Makeup, the safety and satisfaction of our customers are a top priority. For hygiene, health, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products, even if they have not been opened or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lipsticks

• Eyeshadows

• Foundations and concealers

• Brushes and sponges

• Any other product that comes into contact with the skin

Exceptions:

Replacements will only be made in cases of defective products or order errors, reported within three business days of delivery, with photographic proof of the damage or error.

If you receive the order more than once, please make sure to send us the extra orders within three business days after receiving them.
